Topincs 4.3.0

Description

From all new features in this release the table feature is the one that stands out the most. It is possible to arrange the instances of a topic type together with some constraints of the topic type as a table. This allows the viewer to quickly learn about many subjects and edit the table as well. Next to numerous smaller changes and improvements this version allows the export in the coming standard format XTM 2.1.
