Create a table view for human processable tables

Issue description

It is necessary to have an additional table view on the content of partial information in the store. It should fullfill the following requirements: * For one topic there is one row. * The columns are specified as a list of constraints. * Each cell contains the array of statements for the topic in the row. * All table data is fetched in one request from the server. * The information in the table should be editable on a cell basis. * Existing statement viewers and editors are used. * A table is seen as a triple (cl, e, d) where cl is the column list and e is the extension (a list of topics) and d is the actual data. Nice to have: * It would be good, if tables could be copied between stores (all information should be encoded in topics and statements). * A generic CSV export.

Use cases

I create a table for this store where i can get an overview on which bugs are unresolved by sorting the column _Resolving date_. Then i create the _Planned for version_ association directly in the table. The table should contain the columns: * Topic name * Type-Instance (Type) * Reporting date * Resolving date * Affects component * Planned for version
