Form very slow for association rich topic despite using a view

Issue description

When a view is used, for editing an association rich topic, e.g. the currency EUR, the form is very slow and the user has to wait 23 seconds for the form to appear

Developer comments

Despite only serving a JTM with a single resource for a single topic, the request takes 23 seconds and has 280.000 sql statements.

Resolving [14547, this issue] reduces the response time from 23 seconds to 5 seconds.

The form opens instantaneous now. The JTM is generated in less than 300ms.
