FastReader issues an SQL statement per association if configured with included_types

Issue description

For every association the FastReader reader gets, it issues an SQL statement. Figure out which one and see if that can be avoided.

Developer comments

This is caused by the type lookup of the counter player of the associations. Thus if a master data topic is edited "included types" is actually intended to improve performance, but actually it reduces it.
