FastReader ignores the included types when getting associations

Issue description

The FastReader (for the form) can be configured to read only certain axis. This is supposed to speed up the form, e.g. when the fields in the form are restricted by a view there is no need to transfer the complete topic, but only a fragment. But this has currently no effect on association selection. If an association rich topic is edited, this means that all associations are read. In the case at hand the view only edited a single occurrence type, but the 280.000 associations where processed in order to produce a topic map containing a single topic.
