Bug
Editing a topic in the Wiki fails in Google Chrome
Issue description
When switching to the edit pane in a article page of an issue (with statements) in the issues store in Chrome, nothing happens for a long time and then Chrome discovers that a script is stalling the page. This does not work for all issues, but for many.
Workaround
Log in via "wiki/.new-topic" first and then edit the topic.
Developer comments
I think this depends on wether the challenge has still to be done when switching to the edit pane. If not, the switch suceeds and everything works fine.
This is definitely related to authentification. Once a user logs by accesseing a restricted resource via the web browser (and not via AJAX), everything works
I replaced the XHR challenge by an iframe challenge. Now it works in Firefox, Safari, Google Chrome and Opera.

Summary |
I examined the reason for the failure and it turned out that it is similiar to the Safari issue with authentication via an XHR request. I replaced the XHR challenge by an iframe challenge and now everything works fine.
