Issue description
If a store is not very full yet, so that the More option is not in the select box, the following behavior must be changed: in child form of an open form options are missing that were newly created in some previous child form.
Developer comments
This is difficult, because the client currently has no knowledge about the sub super relationships between topic types. So, e.g. if the range specifies a _Person_ (abstract), and a new _Man_ %M% is created, then it is currently not easily possible for the client to decide that a select box with range _Person_ should contain %M%.
I do not really see the problem of above comment anymore since the the topic role constraint mentions all types, that can be instantiated, so Man and Woman would be present in the client and the topic is an instance of one or the other.
This was only partially fixed and created [14956, a new bug] when the options are diverse.
