Role types missing in select box of topic role constraint

Issue description

When creating a new association type from scratch in the form, role types created during the role constraint form are not present in the topic role constraint form.

Developer comments

Initially i suspected that this is a general case of option missing, but that does not seem to be the case since the range is retrieved anew in the topic role constraint form.

Rejection comment

That was a false lead.
