Remove multi typing

Issue description

A topic is instance of a single topic type. The only place where this plays a role is roles, since topic types need to be role types to function as role types. In domain modelling there has not been a single use case for mutlityping over the last 20 years.

Developer comments

This could lead to further improvements since then the topic can receive a single type and that could be used further for partitioning in the MySQL database.
