Premature deletion of dobject during form saving

Issue description

Given an old topic T1 with an old row adjunct T2. If T1 is edited in the form and the association between T1 and T2 is deleted and replaced by a new topic T3, T2 will be deleted during the saving. If an trigger running throws a StateException during the save, the dobject of T2 will have been deleted and despite and the rollback will be incomplete.

Developer comments

Any subsequent getting of the tobject of T2 will cause an expcetion once [14007, this change] is sharp.
