Mark all links in source code editor
Issue description
With the changes in the code editor all linked elements in the text are now actual tags, before their boundaries were unknown and just figured out on mouse over time. Now it would be possible to highlight all links in the source code. I use here the term link in the sense that you click on it and you move to a different document. In this case it is sometimes within the browser window to a different source code tab. And sometimes it is a new browser window, when the link points to a topic. Consider some mechanism to highlight all links. This could either be some keystroke or a flip switch in the page menu like Autoformat.
