Issue description
The intense usage of rewrite rules ties Topincs very close to Apache. Find a solution which reduces the number of rewrite rules to ab absolute minumum.

All request (except for css, js, and images) are now rewritten to a central topincs request handler in it is possible to map url patterns to functions which calculate the script which is responsible.
Only two rewrite rules will be left in the store specific apache config file.
