Issue description
In unkown circumstances, the description is not hidden after the mouse left the topic link.

I increased the time necessary to wait over the link until the decriptions shows up. Let's see if that solves it.

The problem was the following: the description is gotten via an ajax get request. When the user left the link before after the request was sent and before it returned, the message was displayed. Since there was no more related mouse out happening the message stayed until the description of a differnt topic link was displayed.
It was resolved by memorizing the element over which the mouse over occurred and checking on display whether the element which is displayed over is the very one where the mouseover happend.
