Issue description
On the all store pages in particular the web version and the wiki, it should be clear in which store the user resides. Create a header which achieves this and adjust the title of the page.

I implemented a header which serves the purpose. The name of the store is currently fetched from the property "store.name" in the store configuration file . The title of the page reflects the store name as well.
