Issue description
The JTM that Topincs currently procudes does not follow the specification at http://www.cerny-online.com/jtm/1.0/. In particular the serialization rules, which decrease the document size significantly, are not adhered to. This affects the JTM serialization/deserialization on client and server.

I implemented the serialization rules on the server. The delay that this additional code costs is minimal. It takes 1.06 times as long as without the rules to produce a JTM. Based on a load test of generating 50 times the same item with and without the change.
