Ontological reflection on role types « Topincs Issues

Issue description

Allow the server to be asked which topic types are observed as players of a specific role type in an association type, e.g. only people can resolve bugs or only countries act as players for the nationality of people.

Comment

It is necessary to be able to ask for possible players of a role and for the types of possible players.

There is a resource roles/.possible-players which given a reference to a role type and an optional reference to an association type answers with all the typed topic proxy array containing all players. This can be used to deduct the possible types as well, since the topic proxies are types.
