Return behavior of the form
Issue description
The default behavior after committing the form is to return to the subject page. It is possible to override this by using the "&ro=b" in the query part of the URI to return to the referrer. Sometimes this is not sufficient, beacuse there might be one or more navigation steps before the edit action happens, e.g. a service page display a list of topics. User navigates to a topic, checks something, uses a context menu entry which uses a form and comits. Then he expects to be back at the service page from where he goes to the next one.
Developer comments
A service must be manually marked to become a return location by adding the following to the HTML output:
[%<script type="text/javascript">window.IS_RETURN_LOCATION = true;</script>%]
