Issue descriptionIn order to keep a store easily moveable by doing a backup and restore of the database, it is necessary to map locators local to the store onto their ids, because the locator contains the url of the store. The process of replacing local locators by system ids is called internalizing. The reverse process is called externalizing and will use the dynamic subject identifier, always. Comment
Occurrence values are now scanned for topic references using local locators and those are replaced by their id topic reference. When fetching an occurrence the value is scanned for id topic references and those are replaced by their dynamic subject identifier.
