Topincs 6.5.0 Code editor 2013-01-15 minor

This release makes a big step forward in *simplifying development*. While modelling a web database was already a browser-only task, tailoring the database into a web application was done on the server. This changes with this version. [2975, Programming is moved to the browser]. Topics which have code associated, e.g. triggers and services, feature a _Source code_ entry in their context menu. Many small enhancements were made so that this experience is enjoyable. Many more will come. Application development was made easier and more powerful by resolving these issues: * [3702, Hook triggers to form saving]. * [2894, Capture the form state into an URL] and use it to tailor links in services and context menus. * [2094, Use the virtual OOP api in label rules]. * [3832, Drop down boxes for topic arguments] in service pages are rendered with an _All_ option in case of unlimited maximum cardinality. From the end user perspective, there is only minor changes in this version. The search was moved from the header to the start page. New topics are indicated in the _Ongoing_ section. Numerous bugs were fixed and small changes implemented *to make Topincs an all device tool*. The main features of Topincs 6.3.0 are: * [3169, Row display] makes forms and subject pages more compact by inlining child topics in the respective master pages. By using this feature form entry was reduced from 10 to 5 minutes in a commercial application. * [3234, Editing dependent counter players] is now possible in the parent form. As a consequence the complete elimination of certain topic types from the navigation space is possible. _Simplify development!_ In Topincs 6 development of web databases will become quicker and more comfortable. This release makes three important steps to achieve this goal: * In [2997, Admin mode] (available for an administrator by pressing %Alt-Shift-A%) every page exposes a menu linking to the two key sources of information, the schema page and the programming interface page. In addition admin mode darkens the window and highlights schematic elements. On right click a context menu appears which allows to view or edit relevant topics. * The [3086, assignment of serialization names is now done directly in the programming interface page]. Serialization names are suggested based on the names of the topics. It only takes a minute or two until the virtual interface can be used. * The [1450, cache is cleared automatically] after schema changes. Apart from these benefits for administrators, the usability of web databases was improved by: * Allowing topics to be [3035, inpaged]. * Exposing the [3015, context menu] of a topic through right-clicking a link to the topic. * In the form page [3029, child forms can be accessed again] after committing them.
