Bug
Getting contraints in premature state
Issue description
The new complete computation of the labels at creation time (not at the time of the first read like before) is the cause for the failure of some nightly regression tests. Since the labels of newly created topics are computed at touch now, tests which load incomplete maps fail. They lack all the constrained/constraints association type topics which are necessary to accelerate during bulk label generation.
Developer comments
The old accelerate mechanism again causes trouble here. With dobjects that will be ideally removed next year. There is one old legacy store which still relies on it. The acceleration during label generation is now used only if there is more than 100 instances. In early maps or in the meta map, this is not the case. In addition the ResolveException is simply caught. This only causes the label generation to run slower. In the acceleration only speeds up label rules using the API. The API can only work with constraints.
