Enhancement
Topic signatures with computation rules
Issue description
When a form is submitted, it should be possible to perform a server side check. The value identity should not be as strict as the subject identity. So use computation rules to determine identity since two topics can share the same result of a computation rule, while two topics cannot share the same subject identifier.
Before persisting an instance of such a topic type, the computation rule needs to be applied, if the result exists already, the save request is denied and a list of matching topic proxies is returned instead. The user can either choose one of them or repeat the saving by confirming that it is indeed a new instance.
