Tiny: Background scrollable during popup

This is difficult since most solutions disable all scrolling, but i might need scrolling within the popup.
This turned out the be fairly simple by setting the overflow style property of document.body to hidden making the scrollbar disappear. Since this would cause a flicker when there is a classic scrollbar present, the method is only applied when the scrollbar does not affect the page layout – when the classic scrollbar is absent. This is the case on handheld devices and Mac OS. This means that this is only partially fixed.
