Ease the integration of stores

Issue description

It should be easier to integrate two stores (topic maps). This requires that effort for transfering of topics from one store to another is significantly reduced. Currently integration is done via the include feature in the Wiki, which requires a lot of browser navigation and takes a long time, so that short term memory of the user is stressed too much. In the future it should be possible to select topics in an index page and create a topic map based on this selection. All suplementary topics will be included automatically (like in the article topic map generation). This topic map can be pasted into an import dialog in the Editor of the target store. The import should be all or nothing, so if an error occurs there needs to be a roll back.
