Compound constraint not working after trash bin

Issue description

After using the trashbin on the conditionally required field (usually a COMMENT) in a "require if less than" situation, the automatical adding of new fields in the other paragraph INFO does not work anymore.

Developer comments

The issue is caused by the following: after entering INFO after the trashbin usage on COMMENT, the validation is run inthe INFO paragraph. The COMMENT field is empty and there is a mixup during the compound constraint evaluation leading it to believe the INFO field is empty and so it is not necessary to add a new input field.

Another aspect of the problem is that after using the trashbin, the new comment field is not immediately invalidated.
