Enhancement
In-Memory Topincs Stores
Issue description
It should be possible to create and restore stores so that the MySQL database resides in memory instead of the filesystem.
Developer comments
When creating or restoring a store the option %--memory% is now available. When present the MySQL database of a store will be created in memory.
Together with a scheduled %topincs backup% this is a very easy way to speed up Topincs stores.
During restore the additional option %--filesystem% was introduced, so that the backup of a memory database can be restored in the filesystem (InnoDB).
The only restriction for in memory stores is that the %value% column for names and occurrences is of data type %VARCHAR(1000)% instead of %mediumtext%.
