Bug
Writing requests are not in JTM yet
Issue description
When creating an item in the Editor, the document sent to the server is not in JTM. This is probably also true for the Wiki and for PUT requests.
Developer comments
Here is an example for the current message body that is sent when posting an occurrence:
%
{"id":null,
"item_identifiers":[],
"value":"asdsadsa",
"datatype":"http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string",
"type":"9",
"reifier":null,
"scope":[],
"item_type":"Occurrence"}
%
The following changes are necessary:
* the id attribute needs to go
* a version attribute with value "1.0" needs to be added
* the references (e.g value of type) should be real topic references
* ommitable members should be really ommited
Here is a PUT message body:
%
{"id":"2934","item_identifiers":["http://localhost/dev/names/2934"],"value":"Normi","type":"22","reifier":null,"scope":[],"variants":[],"item_type":"Name"}%
All writing requests are now JTM 1.0 valid.

Summary |
Some advanced JavaScript work to adjust the behavior of TOPINCS.tmdm to deliver JTM 1.0. Some minor changes on the server, so that PUTted items do not need to come with the id property, but instead the convention can be followed that the first item identifier is the one of the current store.
