Change
Separate meta data from the items in the JTM documents
Issue description
For each item the server adds on creation the following statements:
* creation timestamp (only on POST)
* creation user (only on POST)
* modification timestamp
* modification user
* creation tag
This information can be included in the JTM document by specifying "mind_meta=1" in the header X-Topincs-Options.
The specification of JTM 1.0 makes it necessary to clean up this hack and seperate the meta data from the JTM document, otherwise the JTM does not validate strictly.
The only place where this meta data is actually processed (actually only displayed) is the Editor.
Developer comments
I switched the default of mind_meta to false, so that meta data is not included and the strict validation works. Currently the Editor does not display the meta information. This has to be fixed still.
I removed the mind_meta option and replaced it by a new resource ".meta" which serves the meta info for an item. I removed the option in the topic map export in the editor to include the meta data in JTM documents.
