Bug
An explicit standard port number disturbs client server understanding
Issue description
After saving a new topic, the headlines of paragraphs are numbers instead of labels. The reason for this is that the identifiers matching between client (the form page) and the server is broken and instead of recognizing the identifiers of the statement types, new topics are created.
Developer comments
The reason for this is that, the server sends all identifiers with a port number (80), but the client produces his saving document with identifiers that do not have a port number.
A port number per se is not the problem. Topincs can run on any port. But if PHP delivers the standard port number in %HTTP_HOST% (80 for http, 443 for https) , the described problem surfaces.
