Issue description
It should be possible to declare a topic type as row-displayed with the effect that the form fields are rendered in the parent form, next to each other in horizontal direction (like a row in a table). Validation errors must be displayed below the respective form field. The width of the form fields should be customizeable with CSS. In the subject page such players are also rendered as the row in table.
Developer comments
By using [http://www.topincs.com/topincs/605, this occurrence type] a topic type can be declared to be displayed as a row. This makes sense when there is a clear master-detail relationship. In such cases the detail is clearly dominated by the master and is not perceived as having as much idendity as the master, since it is necessarily dependent on it.
Use cases
An order has n order positions (n > 0). By creating an order, the first mandatory order position is already inlined as a row form in the form of the order. Additional order positions can be added by clicking a button. By using compound constraints the order position can hide or show fields depending whether there is a human attention required.
