Transclusion of content
Issue description
The transclusion of content in a Wiki article might be realized by having merge statements in the topic map that is sent for rendering. As long as the merged topic map is within the same domain, this does not impose any problems. As always it gets trickier cross-domain.
Compared to cropping of topic map fragments it has the advantage that it updates automatically. Therefore the user will have to distinguish, if he refers to a subject, that has a proxy in the store or one that is only transcluded and is therefore not found in the search. Since item identity is maintained while cropping automatic updating is also possible there, but only for statements which are known to exist, not for new statements, which transclusion would also take care of.
In the database there is no room yet for storing the information which topic maps are merged. The clients would need to add support for stating the import. Probably a favelet would be most convenient. The interface would have to be extended as well.
