Enhancement
Inpaging of topics
Issue description
It should be possible to declare a topic type as inpaged. This means that not a label will be displayed on the pages of counter players, but a table with all statements. This makes it easier to map the mental model of the user to the application, e.g. an order item is not perceived as having as much identity as the order since it is necessary dependant on it. Together with the 'Omit link' functionality those topics can be made disappear from the navigation space.
Developer comments
The field order should be adhered to.
The same association should never be displayed twice on a page.
Use cases
Function arguments in the Topincs PHP API reference, e.g. http://www.topincs.com/apireference/php/464 .
Association types are hard to model in Topincs. Part of the problem is that much of the essential information regarding an association type is one page away (at the constraints). This feature will improve that.
