Enhancement
Incorporate browsing of arbitrary hierachies
Issue description
Allow any association type that constitutes a hierachy relationship to be browsed in a tree.
Developer comments
It is possible to choose any association type and role type combination (AT,RT) to be viewed as a tree. On the first level (below the root node) are all those who only participate in associations of type AT but only as players of roles of type RT. If they participate as more than one, they can be reached via navigation.
This is illustrated best when using the normal family tree example: On the first level are only mothers for which there is no association in which they are the child.
