Alt+Shift+Space to navigate page doesn't work as intended

Issue description

When opening a topincs webpage or resetting the focus by clicking on an empty place on the screen and then pressing tab twice, we have the focus on the first option in the main menu (here: Ongoing) and then using Alt+Shift+Space shortcut, I would expect the focus to be in the next available group, but instead it refocuses the already focused focus, in this case Ongoing.
