Unsure if this makes any sense. It would enable a simple way to create the same markup on the client and the server. This is currently duplicated in JavaScript and PHP.
There is currently various markup structures. One elaborate one, used in topic lists (header search and index) and one simple one which is used in the fact sheet.
This would be mainly for internal use (not for service development) since there a simple link suffices anyway. This simplicity must remain at all cost.
