Option missing when counter player has maximum cardinality of 1

Issue description

Given a topic type TT1 and TT2 connected by an association type A1, while the maximum cardinality of the topic role constraint of TT2 in A1 is exactly 1 with minimum being 0. Editing a form of TT1, that already has a topic T1 assigned to this association and then removing T1, makes it impossible to select it again in the same form, as it was never available to begin with.
