Decimals with many decimal places not handeld correctly
Issue description
Enter the value 0.00000001 in the form and Topincs will instead store 1.
Developer comments
Not sure if the client already sends the wrong occurrence or if the correct value is sent to the server and the error happens there. I am currently suspecting the client since an occurrence with persisted value "0.000000001" is displayed as 1 in the factsheet.
This works now and is tested up to 25 decimal places.
