Service calls not included in log-summary

Issue description

e.g. logsum in logarchive for today. There is 0 calls for createdaysreport in the logsum but when inspecting the log file, you find various calls.

Developer comments

It was a deliberate choice to not include service executions for jobs in the log summary. Not sure why anymore. The comment in the code does not give a rationale.

Jobs are now listed as a new type of service build, which makes it 3 all together: GET, POST, job.
