Form grey because of exception caused by form.js

Issue description

In production a from went grey due to an error in the premature "better" browser api for forms. In this case the error was caused by Topincs, but what should happend in general if the JavaScript in form.js (and less used factsheet.js) throws an error upon load? It should be caught and reported but otherwise just logged on the browser console.
