Speed up service form in large system

Issue description

If a service form is used to specify a filter through a many aspects in a large system, the from becomes slow and takes up to ten seconds to appear. This has various reasons all are connected to the topics/.search resource.

Developer comments

The best thing would be if it behaves like the range request in the form and consolidating the indivdual GETs into a single GET request. This includes the switch to a single form, currently the select box chooses a different response format than the extended selection.
