Editing multi-typed topics again

Issue description

It should be possible to edit multi-typed topics as each type. The page menu currently only holds a single entry for the primary topic type.

Multi-typing is never used in the domain, but on the schema level it is central, since topic types are often also roles types. This used to be no issue, since the topic is always a topic type before it becomes a role type, therefore the primary topic type is *Topic type*. When modules came along there was a subtle problem introduced. A topic type that is created through a module import has often (always?) *Role type* as the primary topic type. This creates the problem that one cannot easily access the topic type form for that topic.

Rejection comment

This does not solve the problem, since also the fact sheet is affected. The topic is displayed as a role type and not as a topic type (without the tab menu).
