Column width in em for row adjuncts

Issue description

It is a reoccuring annoyance to implement the column width for row adjuncts. It is currently achieved by using the SCSS. But this has several downsides, it needs to specified for factsheet and form and from every perspective. While this can be achieved with a dedicated columns scss file, it should be considered if this should be an new occurrence type on the topic statement constraints.
