Documentation of the interface of a store

Issue description

There should be a single page just like the programming interface page that a developer can use interact with the store via the REST API. It should reflect the access rights (unlike the programming interface page which gives the complete API independent of access rights). It should include the services that the user is allowed to access.

Developer comments

It makes sense to allow general access to this page. This is a good summary of the access rights.
