Admin menu right click on edit on topic type leads to wrong form

Issue description

It leads to the "Definition" form, but the selected tab is "Complete".

Developer comments

This was actually unrelated to the admin menu. When the form for a topci type with a default view was accessed with just and instance and without the view and tt parameter, the wrong tab was marked as selected.
