SQL backup changed

Issue description

With the change to a new MariaDB version (through trixie), the backup SQL script slightly changed: before every insert there is an autocommit off and there is a commit after wards.

Developer comments

This should not cause any problems. It just wraps the individual insert in transactions which does definitely not hurt.
