Click on topic menu ignored

Issue description

Quite often the first click on an entry of the topic menu is ignored and only after repeating the click it is registered and the corresponding action is performed. This also occurrs in the search of the Topincs manual.

I think it has something to do with dynamically inserting the content.

A similar problem occurred on the search in the [https://www.topincs.com/manual, Topincs Manual]. Many hours of trying to figure out what the acual cause of this problem is did not yield any results. Fact is the document does not receive the click, but only if it hits one of the dynamically inserted elements. It was also independent of the type of nodes being inserted. Even the simplest possible paragraph could expose the same problem. A click on preexisting DOM nodes is regsitered correctly. In any case the problem can be avoided when using the %mouseup% event instead of %click%.
