Getting of topic parameter incorrectly classified as a missing module piece

Issue description

Given a service S1 named "abc" and another service S2 with a topic parameter named "abc". If a module contains S2, it will list a missing piece because it interprets the getting of the parameter in GET.php of S2 as a mention of the service S1.
