Simplify apache configuration
Issue description
Currently there is a numerous files (per store) with a complex structure to make the Apache configuration work. Now with Topincs doing the store routing, this can be simplified to a single file.
Developer comments
If n is the number of stores on an installation the number of files required before this change was n + 3, and now a single file does all the work.
