Frozen topic modfiied in service

Issue description

A frozen topic was modified without calling ignore_frozen.

Developer comments

In the case at hand an invoice was frozen and in order to enable creating a credit note without unfreezing, a service was created. The service simply created the credit note, set the invoice. The service was then tested on a frozen invoice and succeeded despite missing the igonre_frozen call.
