Ignore mapping errors in module import

Issue description

Currenlty a module import cannot be performed if there is a single mapping error in the module. A mapping error is a topic mention that cannot be adjusted to it the local version using the system id of the target store instead of the system id of the origin store. But in some cases this problem is the lesser of two evils, so there should be a boolean flag which allows to adjust this behavior.
