Changing subject identifiers does not work
Issue description
Given a topic T with a subject identifier S1. When an administrator uses Identify in the page menu of T1 and wants to replace S1 by S2, he T ends up with both, S1 and S2.
Developer comments
This was caused by [13396, this issue].
Some more digging made it clear that this part of the API is rather incomplete in particular when auto commit is off. There is a [13829, new issue] taking care of that.
